Terrible Performance

I tried using iscreen recorder while working on a project in Adobe Illustrator and it slowed down my Macbook Pro to the point where the mouse would lag. This is a brand new 2011 Macbook Pro and I had no other windows or programs open. After recording for only about five minutes I gave up and stopped recording, then tried to view the file that I just recored and it said it could not be opened. I have tried this multiple times with the same result. Terrible Product.
