good idea, but..
It works yes, but why is the playback in fast forward, but the sound isnt?
I purchased this app and unfortunately I discovered that instead of capturing a video, i captures one frame evary 4-5 seconds making it completely useless.
I have seen that many people have slammed almost all of the other screen recording apps. This one is different. The quality is excellent, I did a test run and was watching it on QuickTime and actually tried to click the buttons. Also, it exported INSTANTLY for a 42 second video. This is probably the best one you will find for this price range.
Although I didnt understand how to use it at first, this program has proven to be hassle-free in the short time since Ive been using it. well worth the 99 cents I spent on it, similar free programs just dont compare. and with no time limit, this would make recording how-to guides and gameplay simple and efficient. :) I reccommend it if youre tired of CaptureMe crashing on you like it has on me for the past five years.

Its a wonderful app, except for the fact that I need it to at the very least pick up the sounds onscreen. Which it doesnt.
Basic, simple screen recording. If all you need to do is make screen records, for the price, you cant beat this little program. No bells and whistles, no sound recording, just a dead simple utility.
I tried using iscreen recorder while working on a project in Adobe Illustrator and it slowed down my Macbook Pro to the point where the mouse would lag. This is a brand new 2011 Macbook Pro and I had no other windows or programs open. After recording for only about five minutes I gave up and stopped recording, then tried to view the file that I just recored and it said it could not be opened. I have tried this multiple times with the same result. Terrible Product.
Dont waste your time
It freezes, it crashes, it bites!
You might want to hold off buying this until they can fix the problem with the audio matching up with the video. There is always a delay on my audio, and it gets worse as the video progresses.
fairly laggy on my MacBook Pro when attempting to record video games. For anyone thinking of buying this, wait until they add external recording software (for example, being able to hook up a PS3 and screen record).

Description says records sytem audio. Bold face lie. Does not record system audio and the developer responses even admit this in comment replies.
Does not allow recording of system audio
Cannot record system audio, only audio provide by microphone or other input source. Does not allow recording of web browser windows.
Pretty good except...
Its great it does exactly what i need it for (i dont need it for editing an it doesnt have it anyways) but if you record something long-ish it takes forever for it to upload to your computer and you can’t record while its uploading (not to youtube, your computer)
